ON DEMAND CLASSES
No plans to visit Leavesden today? Still want to work out? So, why not try an on-demand class? Delivered via master trainers available 24/7. Filter by type, duration and ability level – PLUS activity will be logged in your activity profile on the Underground app. You will only need to log in for the first on-demand session using your app log in details, and from then gain immediate access. Give it a try, scan the QR code on your phone!
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
Need some additional support, extra push, motivation to reach a goal? Why not book some one to one training sessions, available for just £5 for a 30 minute session? Go to Meet the team and book your session.
MEMBERSHIP FOR THE GYM IS PROVIDED FREE TO ALL TENANTS OF LEAVESDEN PARK
To gain access to the gym you will need to book a slot to meet a member of the team - this session should take no more than 30 minutes. Time for us to tell you about all the developments of Underground, including the online bookings and fantastic app that will help you monitor performance, link with your wearables both when using Underground and outside of Leavesden and help us to continue to share all the fantastic things happening for you at Underground. Once you have met with a member of the team and downloaded the Underground App, your security card will be updated to provide you with access back into the gym space.
