When is the gym open?

The gym is open to between 7:00-19:00 Monday and Friday, 06:30-19:00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, closed on bank holidays.
The gym is open to contractors 7am-8am and 4.30pm-7pm on Mondays and Fridays only.

How can I use the drying room?

The drying room is available to everyone to leave kit in Mon-Fri. It is emptied every Friday with items being moved to lost property. Items are kept for another week then donated/disposed of. All items are left in the drying room at your own risk.

Do you provide towels?

We do not provide towels for any members, please bring your own.

Are there hair dryers available?

There are hair dryers and straighteners available in the changing room.

I’m confident in the gym, do I still need an induction?

Yes, to ensure your safety everyone needs an induction before they use the gym.

Is personal training available?

We offer personal training sessions for £5 from a team of three personal trainers. All personal training sessions must be booked via the MyWellness app. Sessions are available to book a month in advance.

What is the cancellation/reschedule policy for classes, personal training sessions and face and body treatments?

Classes are subject to a two hour cancellation window. No cancellations will be accepted after this time. If you miss two class bookings with a 5 day period you will not be able to book classes for the next 7 days. Please speak to a member of the team to have this resolved sooner.

Personal training sessions and face and body treatments are subject to a four hour cancellation window. No cancellations or rescheduling will be possible after this time and credits will not be refunded. This window allows us to offer valuable slots and availability to other clients. All cancellations and rescheduling can be managed by yourself using the app.

Can I train with a colleague/friend?

Yes, training together is absolutely fine we just ask you to remain considerate of space and of others in the gym. We do not currently offer group personal training sessions.

I have lost something, who do I speak to?

If you have lost something in the gym/changing rooms please speak to a member of the gym team and leave your name. If the item is valuable please also inform security. All items taken into the gym/changing rooms are done so at your own risk.

MEMBERSHIP FOR THE GYM IS PROVIDED FREE TO ALL ASOSers

To gain access to the gym you will need to book a slot to meet a member of the team – this session should take no more than 30 minutes. Time for us to tell you about all the developments of ASOS Underground, including the online bookings and fantastic app that will help you monitor performance, link with your wearables both when using Underground and outside of GLH and help us to continue to share all the fantastic things happening for you at ASOS Underground. Once you have met with a member of the team and downloaded the Underground App, your security card will be updated to provide you with access back into the gym space.
